Group stage results mean nothing. Germany won the World Cup in 2014 but were very shaky against Ghana and only beat the USA 1-0 in the group stage. Then they were extremely shaky versus Algeria and still won in the round of 16. Then wins over France, Brazil and Argentina to win it all. I think Germany have been BETTER in this Euro group stage than they were in the 2014 WC group stage. All that is to say, anything can happen.
