Gauteng | Case against Musa Khawula postponed

The case against the controversial social media personality, Musa Khawula has been postponed to the 29th of January for a formal bail application. Khawula made a brief appearance at the Randburg Magistrates Court. He is facing charges of defamation of character, hate speech and contravention of Section-19 of the Cyber Crimes Act of 2020.

I hope this will not only be a lesson to him only but the society at large. The cyber bullying and spreading false information about people is a crime and you will not get away with it.
