Really have to wonder about the algorithm. I like and comment every video and when it doesn’t recommend me the new videos I get really confused

You should do a video concerning the legality of lock picks in Canada. Locksport picking is a recognized sport after all.

I enjoy your succinct videos on these legal topics. A question to consider answering in a future video: For defending against a criminal charge, does a more expensive and/or more experienced lawyer tend to win a case more than say the average lawyer?

Hello, if an accused person caused an accident due to careless driving or dangerous driving, can the Defense Counsel counter attack the Prosecution for not retrieving the data from the black box in order to create a benefit of doubt on the part of the accused seeing that data from the black box could at least assit with what transpired prior to the accident?

See someone lose a daughter in a crash with a young man that was speeding And side swiped a tree that gave the poor girl many broken bones And head injuries And died with a nurse that shown up mins after..Because of the light rain Police could not get a exact speed ....However No black box was requested ...The man got off with "reckless driving causing death" And even that was reduced to something else...1 year sus lic, 1 year probation etc ..His age was a factor And the fact he was the boyfriend (her first) ..Sad in many ways

Hi Mike, make sense. I heard insurance companies are able to access these black boxes, without permission, knowledge, or consent of the vehicle owners. Is this legal ?
