Ingredients:
-1 whole cabbage
-2 tablespoons chilli powder
-2 tablespoons salt
-2 tablespoons garam masala
-2 tablespoons Ginger garlic paste
-1 cup corn flour
-250 ml water
-Oil
-2 medium sized onions
- 2-3 chillies
-coriander
-spring onion
-1 table spoon tomato sauce, chilli sauce, soy sauce, vinegar.

Preparation process:
- shred the cabbage into small pieces.
- add 1 tablespoon salt, chilli powder, garam masala, some water and mix well.
- Then add corn flour and mix it well
- In a pan heat oil and fry the cabbage by making small bite sized spherical balls.
- fry the cabbage balls until they become crispy.
- In another pan heat 2 tablespoons oil, add 2 sliced onions, 3 chopped chillis and saute for a while.
- then add some water and 1 tablespoon salt, chilli powder, garam masala and mix.
- Add 1 tablespoon tomato sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar.
- Then add the fried cabbage balls and coat them well with the sauce.
- Serve them hot with some coriander, spring onions and onion as garnish.
