I love that this opening is more like "love story" less "action packed swordplay", and has more "feel of magic" and nostalgia.

This Fate anime really has the escence of the Fate visual novel game. That mix between romance and action. The soft music and images during the opening show the night enviroment where the whole history takes place.

Just finished watching the original FSN 2006 and by far this is one of the best series i have ever watched, the ending was way better than saber staying in the modern era but the sadness still hits when you know theyll never see eachother again. 😔 10/10 underrated and doesnt deserve the hate!

Top three best Fate ops easily. Has the feeling of mystery to it, like we're about to witness something well hidden. Compare this to the later stuff we've got and there's no comparison, this is the most unique of the fate ops we are ever gonna get, and I'm absolutely fine with that.

People often don’t watch og Fate/Stay Night because it isn’t as high quality as it’s ufotable counterparts, but this show is just as important and essential to the series as any other

Man, I remember when Fate Stay Night first came out. I would always go to the video store and rent the DVDs as soon as they came out (because we still did that back then LOL). I loved it, it was on of my first animes. I never would have dreamed in a million years that the franchise would become as popular as it has. I guess some things actually do get the credit they deserve.

There's just something about watching the Deen adaptation at night and hearing this opening that surpasses everything that the Ufotable adaptations have evever achieved.
