So does opening speaker after speaker become boring? I worked at Stereo Super Stores on the west coast decades ago before they went under. I lost my love for audio equipment there. Now I only get excited with a new investment that is just for me. But even then I know what to expect generally and nothing really blows me away anymore. These new 6's sound like they would be great for music as all JBL speakers are. But Movies probably not so much. Hows the imaging? Solid like the monitors or hard to pinpoint like the 5's?

What size are the woofers? Are you using sub woofers-- either they are producing really good bass or my system is exaggerating the bass.
