Here's What The GOP's Graham-Cassidy Health Bill Would Do To Healthcare In America

All eyes are on Capitol Hill where Senate Republicans are desperate to come up with 50 votes to pass a controversial and unpopular healthcare bill that would do away with the Affordable Care Act.

The Graham-Cassidy bill will allow states to opt out of covering pre-existing conditions one of the most popular features of the Affordable Care Act, though states have to explain how they "intend" to keep those people covered.
