Aye brother, I've been a fan for a long time, probably been subscribed for 5 years, atleast. I want to see you make content for a long time, I want your family to have you for a long time, please take your health more seriously. It is dangerous to have the body fat percentage you're at right now, I don't mean to scare you but cardiovascular disease is the number one killer in America, don't be another statistic, break the cycle. I'm a chef born and raised in Florida, I love food and its always around me. I eat 3000 calories a day, but I incorporate 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of weight lifting, 5 days a week. 1 hour a day can add years to your life so your loved ones can enjoy your presence for longer <3
