Growth around bacitracin
Musty odour
or seminal odour
or bleach odour
or Mice nest odour
Dirty socks smell
Small coloines
No growth on blood agar
and MacConkey agar
Oxidase positive
Gram Negative bacilli
Growth only on XV disc
and between X and V disc region
no growth at X and V discs alone
So, the organism is Hemophilus influenzae.
