Use indirect heat for this by putting all of your coals on one side of the grill, it works great!

BBQ biscuits!! Perpper style is great. What I what ti know is more infromation about that termometer. Sourdough biscuit from starter would have been great too. Have a great Thanksgiving. I'm thankful for the time you devote to us you veiwers.

Great job. The key thing is that you did it. 1st time I tried it they were charcoal briquettes, learned to use indirect heat for baking after many burned items

try moving all of the coals to one side and bake on the other. This will help prevent burning.

hey now, that was cool cooking w/o electric or propane!!! love the way you incorporated your preps for the holiday :) I am w/husband, oddly enough...I like some blackened crisp to my food cooked outdoors- if too much, just scrape it off...no biggie! looked good-I like to drizzle honey on a hot biscuit like that, yummy!! Happy Thanksgiving to you all =)

Can you do a link for the android temperature probe?

Cool idea. I think with a little fine tuning they could be near perfect. Maybe leave them on a cookie sheet to displace the direct heat or something? Love the potato trick. that was really clever. The air bellows was pretty cool idea too, but I would probably pass on it after seeing it in action.. Haha!
Thanks for the fun and information, and I hope that you and yours have a real nice Thanksgiving. :-)

I wonder if the biscuit's bottom would be less browned if you placed them on a cookie sheet and placed them on flat stones on the grill? Yhe stones would conduct heat so it might work.

could you bake them using indirect heat? It may solve the burnt bottoms. I appreciate all your videos and want to wish you and your family a very Happy Thanksgiving!

I am no cook but I always thought my mom would let the dough test and rise for several hours when using yeast. I could be wrong....LOL!
