Before technology filled and changed my life in not so good ways I listened to music and talked to God a as a catholic once a day and dreamed all the time. I lived for dreaming and dreamed to live. Don't like technology and don't know how to use it. My mind does ever stay quiet because I listened to videos and music that speak about God to learn more about it because this is all new to me. I like talking to God while I do everything during the day: like cooking and washing dishes and cleaning. Quiet makes me feel as alone as I am and it's not a good feeling so give my attention to Jesus that I consider a friend and keeps me company and "saves" me in the time of help like during seizures or when I feel pain.Angela Umbria Italy

Yes I find that when I spend quiet time with God my whole environment changes

So good Jeremy, thank you. Jesus the ultimate example of silence and solitude to connect with the Father. Much can happen by prayer than our own efforts alone. 🙏

I have everything but I've never really gone to church but when I learn about the Bible I love it!
