I find myself commenting on all 512 TR reviews like this, so here I go again; I have one and have done about 50000 km/ 35000 miles in it. It is a wonderful car to drive. Take it on trips, drive nice roads with 50 mph/ 80-90 kph speed limit ( meaning you can bash the car around at up to 150 mph!). I am 6ft 2in ( 190 cm) tall with 45 euro size shoes. No big problem fitting in.
It drives really good and you feel special the whole time.
It is underappreciated. Does cost a bit to maintain ( mainly when the differential break ( It will break, I guarantee you. 20 000 usd/euro) + timing belt-change every 4 years( 5000 usd/ euro incl. oil and some other bits that you probably need to replace from time to time) but it doesn`t loose value so in the end it is not that expensive after all :-)

This car is so under appreciated, had one for 3 years and it was incredible and totally reliable

Great car and in my opinion the best car in the Testarossa series. Faster and better handling than the original car but still great a great looking car. The later 512M had a little more power but I've never been a fan of the styling.

515TR is simply the Testarossa perfected. More modern front end and bigger, better designed wheels make for nice upgrades.

As a boy I had a white "micro machine" Testarossa I was rather fond of. One of my favorite toys.

Had a 959 poster on my wall, back when they were new, even saw one in person...along with a Ferrari F40, which I also saw on the road. Not to mention attending many historical events "back in the day."

Steering wheel extensions are available to bring the wheel closer to you. I have one on my Testarossa. It’s just an inch thick but makes a big difference.

Great car, great review. I also love the black on black color scheme. Its the best I think, also I dont think that is a flat black exterior, it looks special.

Doesn't it sound good? What was the point in masking the engine sounds just playing music over the top? Should have got some drive by engine sounds!

Lovely video. Been hooked on the Testarossa since the early 90’s. Also diggin your James Sunderland look at the beginning

Looks like a drive through Bobbin Head, north of Sydney? Great bit of road.

The 5 bolt wheels came already on the 1988 Testarossa.

I still not understand why is the Testarossa not considered a Hypercar and as good and beautiful like the 288 GTO, F40, F50, Enzo and La Ferrari !?
