Excellent review Kristy! I'm reading this book right now and it's very good! It's nice to know we have control over how we feel...we don't just have to give in to our feelings and let them run and/or ruin our lives. Cheers from Canada!!!

Kirsty, can you please do a video on fear of eye floaters. If you didnt suffer from these then is there anyone in the ocd recovery channel that do is there any videos from them. Please they do me a lot of harm and keep me from recovery.

I love your presentations, kind and helpful. I like REBT too, have you read many of his books? Is there one which covers most of his ideas rather than any specific focus?

Hi Kirsty why this book by Albert Ellis and not "How to control your anxiety before it controls you"? Since it's more anxiety specific. I'm trying to figure out which one is the best for a GAD/OCD sufferer
