Hi Erik, thank you so much for showing the risk heatmap in Power BI, it is exactly what I was looking for.

I created Risk Count as shown using Card on top of a diagram of heatmap imported, however when the result is not Blank, it returns with a number with two decimal points and I was not able to fix this in Format. Is it my source data, which is a risk register created using SharePoint and extracted to Qube data warehouse before uploaded to Power BI?

Thank you for files, Erik, but I am stuck. When I update the query it doesn't recognize "Renamed Columns" and I don't have Project Online to connect to PWA. I have to figure out another way, more generic to create the Risk Matrix.

That's a great way to create risk matrix in Power BI., I saw you use SP list as data source. Can I use Excel as data source? Because I have an excel with essential data columns. I think it may easier to add those supporting columns into existing excel?

Making a separate picture is unnecessary. Easier to just format the background of the card visual directly
