Due to Myles being under the weather for 3 or 4 shows. Mark offered his vocal services for songs that Myles Kennedy sung on.

I don't know of any male vocalist with the range of Myles Kennedy, but Mark does a hell of a job.
I love the way Myles encouraged Mark to sing more and Mark encouraged Myles to play guitar more.

The first time I saw Alter Bridge, I had just lost my grandfather and during this song I couldn’t stop crying, Myles squeezed my hand and after the show gave me a huge hug and listened to stories about my grandpa. Mark joined in and I was able to tell him how I played everything for my grandpa and he as a blues guitarist was impressed with Mark’s playing over the years. I was at the Columbus OH show when Mark sang Broken Wings and again, I cried, at times their music is my absolute lifeline!

As much as I've enjoyed this version with Mark (he's GREAT!) I feel really bad for Myles... I'm sure he's miserable because of this situation and I just hope he'll get well soon. I miss his voice as I know it. Much love to all of them for being so talented and professional 🖤

Mark does one hell of a job here. He is truly a generation talent. Well done! I mean he is replacing another generational talent in Myles. I'd be shitting my self if Myles asked me to sing one of their songs... How can you complete with that and still do a killer job like Mark did?
