I am not surprised at all that you take part in every aspect of the making of your cook books. I would do the same. I have always believed that the presentation of food plays a big part in how it is received. I cook with love so I put love into the plating as well.

My boyfriend surpused me with your Christmas cookbook last week and we cant wait to make even more from it soon, our Christmas dinner is already all planned and will be worth all the work put into making it!
