The integrity in all you put your hands to is impeccable. There is a reason Wagamama had your dish on their menu. That was the start of great things for you.
I am not surprised at all that you take part in every aspect of the making of your cook books. I would do the same. I have always believed that the presentation of food plays a big part in how it is received. I cook with love so I put love into the plating as well.
Keep doing all you are doing. You are changing lives with your incredible skills. You are appreciated!

appreciate you making these books, feels so much better to have a physical real life book to read from then just online recipies. I tend to always reach for a cookbook and all the internet recipies just drown in a sea of bookmarks and are forgotten.

Really love how every aspect of the food, from taste to plating and overall framed presentation, reflects your unique personality and style. The effort and love you put inside your creations make them simply beautiful and mouthwatering. One can feel your passion through the picture. I wouldn't have done it any other way. I love that you've shared this with us. It's amazing to see how a cookbook is made, but also how much work and love you put in to it. I can't wait for the next one! My son just started to jump for joy knowing that we'll have another one of your cookbooks soon! My boyfriend surpused me with your Christmas cookbook last week and we cant wait to make even more from it soon, our Christmas dinner is already all planned and will be worth all the work put into making it!
