Expo is very difficult, as the kitchen, guests and waiters make mistakes and it ALL falls on you, being a new person starting as expo is VERY DIFFICULT, as I have done so in both situations, I've been in kitchens where they seem to just ignore u wich makes work IMPOSSIBLE, cooks need to stop being so arrogant
