Pro tip: Don't get advice from someone who wore (and of course killed) multiple over-the-ear headphones at the gym and was surprised each time

Buds suck. I hate constantly shoving them back in when lifting or running

for me, wired headphones are fine if your on a tight budget, but if you really wanna take it up a notch, AirPods Pro/airpods pro 2 is perfect enough. But if you struggle with in ear headphones falling out, the Bose ultra is the best and cheapest option besides the classic Sony mx’s

I’ve had the beats fit pros for over a year. I’m a bigger guy so I sweat like crazy and I haven’t had issues with water damage or nothing. Even when it gets wet in my ear they don’t slip out since they wrap on the inside of ur ear hook. Battery life too is great. I charge em like once a week they last. Sound quality is really good even at high volume. Minimal distortion. Overall 10/10

Sir, please state the exact ear buds (You're holding the Beats Fit Pro) you're going to recommend. At least for future videos. Thank ya kindly.

Over the ear is preferred…. When using effort the jaw and ear movements cause pods to bounce around the gym floor

I had the bose quiet 45. I can agree they are good for workouts, you will have to change the pads probably twice per year but they are for sure sweat proof. Expensive but worth it…

I have been using my bose quiet comfort 35 for a week and the sweat destroyed the cushions. I like over ear noise canceling headphones for the gym that are sweat proof. Any brands yall can recommend will be appreciated.

The JBL Tune710bt are really good. They don’t fall while down, I played lots of basketball with ‘em. Worth the 50 bucks.

Thank you for keeping it real. Not enough of this out there. Definitely don't just buy beats blindly folks, but good start.

Ok but there’s waterproof covers for apple airpod max and it looks great! I’m sure that will be perfect for the gym

Ive never understood wearing over ear headphones for training. They fall off and they get swampy.

Beats fit pro are superb sound and fit for all activities. Love em. Waiting for the model 2 to come now... (I have actually been using mine in the sauna and getting them pretty well etc, sometimes the right one does not have sound, But that is only happened about 5 or 6 times and if you put it back in the case and take it out then it works). I have given them some serious abuse as well. Would highly recommend these, you can even go cycling or running and they never ever fall out or even feel like they will, unlike the Apple version which falls out if you just walk, I have both quiet comfort also and those are just like bricks in comparison, horrible design very bulky and they fall out very easily if you start jogging
