We hit a local city park for some metal detecting with the Minelab Xterra Pro metal detector and Christine reveals the future of our channel in a big announcement!

My son is a home builder in Middle Tennessee, just south of Nashville. He says about 90% of new home buyers are from California or Chicago. All 3 of our children line in that area with there families. The running joke is “Please tell everyone in California that Tennessee is full!” It is a great place to raise a family! Big step, good luck. I retired once from a government job after 20 years and went back in a different role, now double dipping. Now I'm considering retiring for good and just metal detect. Tough decisions.
