Can you enjoy Hi-Fi Rush if you suck at rhythm games?

Here are a few reasons why I think you can enjoy Hi-Fi Rush, even if you're rhythmically challenged (like me). And you already have it if you have Xbox Game Pass, so give it a shot. #shorts

RTGame played this the other day, and he seemed to have fun! Considering his entire reputation hinges on “drift king” and “no rhythm” I’d say that’s a pretty good indicator.

There's is a feature in the accessibility settings that lets you auto combo. Just tap any attack button and it will combo, dodge, grapple, and summon allies automatically based on the situation. The game basically plays itself as long as you can focus on the beat. Perfect for game journalists.

I struggled so hard with the rhythm of this game, but enjoyed the triumphant victories of beating he bosses when I finally got it.

As a veteran DMC player (I'm no Donguri though), I was amazed that most of my experience there ended up being able to somewhat compensate for my beat illiteracy. Still not able to make me an expert, but it compensated for a lot. It was only some of the bosses that really gave me trouble.

I love this game. I've gotten so good I can do combos without even looking at the screen now. The way it's designed to where the sound of the game is just as important as the visuals is amazing!

I believe the sound of the guitar sounds like crap when you don't keep up with the beat. If you do, it makes pleasing guitar sounds.

I’ve been recently getting better at the beat but I’m a bit more action oriented than I thought so I got and still get Ds in timing sometimes

You can also go into the settings and change how 808 shows the beat.

Never used the rhythm. Bar and 100% the game not to long ago.

Though I think I'm just able to find the beat easier than most

Aside from Metal Hellsinger have you tried BPM? Finding the beat is easier with the drums being prominant compared to Hellsingers because of the musical genre.
