This was the first Dead By Sunrise show of any kind - it featured just Chester on vocals and Amir and Ryan on acoustic guitar. It was advertised as just "Chester Bennington" and was the live debut of 'Let Down'.
This show was a music relief show for Hurricane Katrina victims.
