~Attention~ (this is a major help for others)
I have some problems encountered but now it's fixed. There was some time that when I unplugged it and plugged it in again it just blinks blue on and off. It doesn't read the external drive. So I checked the site indicated for the instructions on the manual. It doesn't show what's the problem there but there's this caution "Static electricity from contacting object such as human body may harm the product, or result in loss or damage to the data." So what I did is that I unplugged the ext. drive, touched any metal such as doorknob to remove the static, and connected the ext. drive. After that it connects and reads rapidly like there's no problem! :D

I finally decided to get this one in 2tb flavor. Some experienced people have told the Seagate Expansion is not as reliable as Toshiba and between Toshiba and WD, I think I'll stick to this one. Great video!

Why is Toshiba's external hard drive so inexpensive compared to the others? Seagate and WD are the closest and they're always about 10 dollars more.

GREAT video...one question: after you copy the game into the hdd, then you have to "delete" the same game of the internal hdd? ( or not? )

Some (Amazon) reviews complain that the drive doesn't spin down - or rather spins up again and again unless the Xbox One is completely switched off in Energy-saving mode. Any truth to that?

Does it work flawlessly in "instant-on" mode too?

I bought a usb 3.0 and whenever I plug it in my Xbox it almost immediately disconnects it from the internet (still downloading my game but i can’t do anything but play offline games)
