Guys you CAN solo this. Took me like 20minutes but if you get on the centre rock and jump over him as he suppresses you, you can get both. I used an smg.
You then have to just be really fast to shoot both crystals using eager edge

Thanks for the video, still, pretty annoying doing this solo as I was thinking that I am completely stupid not getting his immunity down as I never saw the back opening with him facing me all the time xD

The ONLY downfall of this DLC is fucking forced co-op. If you want to do it solo, then god damn it let me! I don't have people to ever play with due to work times. Additionally, the guardian rank into completing a co-op mission just leaves me sitting there unable to progress as aforementioned.

Just do it with a group, you can do other missions solo.

Shoot behind him with a dragons breath and it breaks front and back but you have to do it just before he suppresses you. Know if you can figure out how to shoot those two points fast enough you can solo it

You can do this solo with a vortex sword it's after that im freakin lost. He keeps coming back

I found a way to beat him solo but I can’t do the synershot

Man my 1 man pris build can bust up this mission easily EXCEPT this fuckin guy and his keys smh

I was able to break his shield solo somehow lol I think my turrets that were behind him broke his back shield while I shot the front and it did the trick. Couldn’t replicate it though so maybe I was just lucky. But that’s an idea for all you solo players
