Weight maintained rehne se bhi, it does not mean that you're healthy. Junk food is definitely harming your body from inside. Please don't do this to your body. It's a gift and blessing..please eat healthy most of the times. Once in a while toh khate hi hain sab but har time unhealthy 😢

It wont stop you from getting heart attack. Workout & water doesnt help after junk food, it just reduces your outer fat on your body but what about your arteries.. You can do nothing to unclog your arteries rather then stopping your unhealthy food.

Does not matter if you have good metabolism. Those arteries inside your body will get blocked by all those cholesterol, and kidney and liver functions will also be affected. I think it's time we start dissociating being skinny from being healthy.

By the way unhealthy. Unhealthy hi hota h....chahe aap kam khao ya jada ...vo consume to lgatar ho hi rha h na...we can definitely burn out saturated fat...but never can burn out unsaturated fat..

the main thing remains in the calorie outflow and inflow. irrespective how much u eat make sure u burn them.
If u only want to look good in clothes ie. a normal everyday man
