These men put alot of hard work in day and night .Not seeing their families sacrificing things so this could be completed in a timely matter. And even tho they're not finished completely, this is a huge milestone. So they should definitely celebrate.👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽☺

I am 74 and from the Philadelphia area (Collingdale). I know Philadelphia. Stuff like this isn't supposed to happen here. It's supposed to take months and end up way over budget before a single vehicle gets across the bridge. What's goin' on?
