Chief Wiggum Hunts a Serial Killer

There's a new serial killer in town and chief wiggum is on the case. Will the inept Police Chief be able to catch the most notorious serial killer that Springfield has ever seen? Probably not.

Okay so there have been requests for a Wiggum video for quite some time, this is sort of a 50/50 Wiggum Ned video. So there was an episode where Ned was actually a serial killer, this shares the same idea, but expands on it, showing it more from the police's point of video.

I gotta say it feels different from my regular videos, I feel like it jumps from scene to scene more often and covers more time. When I started making this video, I was specifically wanted to make a Wiggum video, so I searched out as many Wiggum poss "punch lines" that I could. This is different from what I usually do, I usually just look for whatever until something inspires a video. Anyways, there wasn't any difficult editing done here, the hardest part was searching for all of the small clips that piece all of the main plot clips together.
