12 mill for the study. If solar is so great and all of these things can be done, why waste your time attempting to get the government to do it. Find investors. Build something. Ask yourself that.

We already have clean air, clean water, and electricity. I don't agree with that Mexican hippie that we are in a "climate catastrophe". It's just a huge waste of money. To me Hutchins makes the most sense of all three.

The demand in an empty state such as New Mexico can be met much easier than in a high populated area. Solar is awesome but not ready to handle all you all want to do with it.

Ladner lords can not adlfford air conditioning for their tenants due to the high taxes and low rents in El Paso. Yet you want to make things worse and tax more. Read a book.
