Fake Hair Physics on Knot - Blender Geometry Nodes 3.1 Field; Noding-Product

1. NO simulation, no keyframe, everything procedural.
2. Doable in 3.0, but I really enjoy the workflow in 3.1.
3. there some interesting usage of accumulate field node, but I can never demonstrate that individually
