Good stuff mate! Thanks for sharing. I didn't see all of the episodes, but I would be interested in what you do to optimise and manage the printers: Printing time? timers or farm management software? etc.. Love the channel. Keep it up :)

I’m jealous in a good way… wishing you and yours the best!

The area for the printers is much smaller than I thought. The area used for storage is a lot in percentage. Lots of the shelves are for boxes.

just a thought, do you want the extrusion line next to the break area? The back corner may be a better place. love the videos

It would be a fun project to turn your warehouse lights on and off based on motion. Wouldn’t be too hard to do with home assistant.

Question for you -- these A1 with combo as good as a p1s for just printing toys and what not?? I'm debating one now seeing you have so many..

I have been following your 3D printing journey for a couple of months now, and I find it really interesting. I have a question about the extrusion line. I assume that the filament would be used in products and that the colors might be quite varied. How would you incorporate it into a product you sell? I also wonder—does PLA have a limit when it comes to being continuously reused, or is that just an assumption on my part?

How do you deal with new products? Do you just print a small amount and wait for sales?

Is there some sort of threshold between incoming sales and inventory amount?

Thanks!

Thanks for another great video. Keep up the great work. Have you considered building three walls around the dock door to keep humidity and temps more stable in the print farm? Some 2x4s, screws, and OSB wouldn't cost much and the separation would be beneficial. Was going to ask same question when you were in the other warehouse but forgot until now.

In my case, I cannot invest in too many colors. My budget will hurt, so I keep simple and focus on primary color.
