I have a question about sampling method:
Imagine we try to see wealth distribution of a country. Country has 80 city. Which sampling method is better? First one or second one?
1. We take sample as 100 people from a city and calculate mean and std. We implement same process for every cities.
2. We take 5 people for per city and totally take 100 people from random 20 cities and calculate mean and std. We implement same process 80 times.
