In this video, I'll show you the iTop Demonstration. iTop is the best free helpdesk ticketing system available. It's an open-source ITSM solution with a feature-rich Helpdesk Ticketing System built-in.

The iTop Helpdesk Ticketing System has been successfully configured. Now we need to observe the ticket's entire lifecycle. Here, we'll create a ticket, assign it to a support agent, and then the agent will resolve and close the ticket. We'll be able to see the entire lifecycle here.

We need to properly develop the IT helpdesk ticketing system to resolve customer support concerns. We needed to come up with a customer-focused customer support solution.
