I've been an infantryman for four years now, I've been to Afghanistan and all that jazz, and this is the most realistic game there I've come across. The team control dial is a bit tricky to get used to, but once you memorize it, it's quick. The game is a bit buggy, but if you play the game tactically, like it was made to be played, the number of glitches you come across is minimal. I love this game, but I would only recommend it to hardcore team-strategy players.

Operation Flashpoint for PC was one of the best games i've ever played in terms of FPS tactics, this deserves a must buy IMO.

They actually based this directly off of an island off the Alaskan Coast. Can't recall the name, but it begins with a K. Anyways, it's a volcanic island, which is shaped almost exactly, in proportion, to Skira.

I think that when you start a mission you get teammates assigned to you...and since you're not a general or something high you can't say, "You, now you work for me." So whatever dies stays dead...until the next mission when you are assigned another team.

its a first person game. you just can give orders from a little menu that pops up when u want it too, but only to your squad, not to a full army like end war

No, they planned this release date Modern Warfare 2's release date was revealed. Although, they might have positioned this in hopes to not contest with it, I wouldnt know.

actually, the original Flashpoint was made in 2001, a year or so before Battlefield even existed. So no-no lawsuit needed. :-)

I absolutely love this game, with its amazing graphics, and realism, I still play this game a whole lot. It could of been better thats for sure, but it still ranks up in my top 10 favorites.

People don't like this game, cuz mw2 is different. i played this game. it was the most realistic game i've ever seen. In this game, you gotta sneak and command your squad, and the enemies are as smart as you are(or better). and mw2 is just about 360-spin-double-noscope-hax kills. this is as close to real war as you can get in games.

It their quality doesn't matter when they're two totally different games. There is nothing common to them than being set to modern day and use modern day weapons.

Resistance and Killzone do have different meanings. Resistance takes place on Earth, Killzone takes place on Helghan. In Resistance, you fight aliens. In Killzone you fight other people. You have alot of boss battles in Resistance. You have probably 2 or 3 boss battles in Killzone. GoW isn't the best online game. Mainly because of server issues, it isn't that great online. Still fun, but not great. Although Halo is fun on there.

there is 4 player co-op, not sure whether it will be online and off or not, but yeah drop in drop out up to 4 players throughout the entire game!!
