Surovikin is another example of yet another military "General" who has little to no real military experience. They replace competence with savagery and that is his achilles heel. Its one thing to fight against untrained forces in Syria and a whole other to fight against a modern, well-equipped and motivated enemy. He will be just another General who failed.
