We used to sing this in my summer camp when I was little girl. It came back to me today while watching the news. Once again, time to resist.

I grew up singing this song, back in the days we had to sing this song in school. This song need to continued to be sang because the struggle still exist, our young people today are the target.  We need to teach them to be positive and unmovable and we need to also be an example for them as well.

We sang this song when we fought against military dictatorship in 1980s, South Korea. Of course which was translated in Korean but very same meaning, 흔들리지않게.

This song is a near perfect anthem for today and likely will be for the next three years or God forbid seven. Stand strong brothers and sisters, it’s going to be a Hell of a fight that we can’t afford to loose

Songs like this must be sung, NOW, more at any other point in our history. Even more than in the 1960s, which was considered the decade of civil rights upheaval.

Think I remember this song from my childhood. Reading Parable of the Sower and it's in there so I decided to come listen

I love the woman and her singing. But what THIS tune makes even more valuable, for me, is backing guitar which is played by my artist number one ever...Ry Cooder. Just listen those guitar picking in the back....and a short solo. Awesome.
