I don’t think that in the scene where Sharjeena was crying is due to pain. She is crying because she is tired - she is tired and exhausted of asking love and care from Mustafa. Imagine, if you all were at her place living most of the time alone asking for little attention, little comfort from the only person who is your support and won’t get it? how would you all feel? Yeah yeah you all would be patient and understanding blah blah blah. Believe me or not, the crying scene depicted her breakdown phase which you all get at some point when living this alone. Now this will very very very negatively affect her pregnancy considering extreme hormonal changes during this period. Moreover, a director thinks much more logically, so there is a high chance all of your doubts will be cleared in next ep. Even if sharjeena dies it won’t be right now - I believe she will be alive in next ep and have atleast 1 2 scene where she is talking to Mustafa.

acha episode tha overall..
but honestly so far this has been a very realistic type of drama but in this episode this entire journey of miscarriage was not less than bollywood.. so predictable and unnecessary sadness is introduced between Sharjeena and Mustafa..

like they could have easily have a maid at home to take care of Sharjeena or Sharjeena could have called an ambulance or her mom or sister.

But no! unnecessarily misunderstanding and lack of communication is added between the two characters creating a full on bollywood/story dragging drama.

After these 2 suffered so much and haven’t done any harm to anyone they deserve a better ending.

I’ve noticed that many people are quick to judge Mustafa and label him as guilty, but in reality, he isn’t. If you’ve watched the entire series, you should remember how Mustafa was constantly suppressed by his own family and Sharjina’s father as well. He fought hard to prove himself capable, countering the belief that money is the only thing that matters in life.
Instead of judging or waiting for Mustafa’s response, Sharjina should have encouraged and supported him, as he truly deserved that.

For anyone blaming Mustafa, please remember as Sharjeena didn't leave his hand, even Mustafa supported her throughout. He married her on just one request without even knowing or loving her. Did you guys forget the beginning and now blaming him for being a responsible husband? How is that fair yaar??? Come'on!! If Sharjeena is portrayed to be that much stupid to not call anyone other than Mustafa, then obviously the baby would be in risk. But this is way beyond reality.

Mustafa is totally wrong. Ameer banany k lia life ko balance krna lazmi hota hai or jo life hi blance na kr pay wo kabhi ameer nahe ho skta
