The usgs thing is definitely new. I Googled it while watching this and lo and behold it did Milwaukee River usgs. Every time I watch a mro video I learn something valuable!

Just got my first fly rod for steelhead this season for fishing great lakes steelhead! These videos have been super helpful, while I'm not fishing steelhead alley these still help out a ton! Maybe next year once all the COVID restrictions get a little more relaxed I will make.it across the border to fish steelhead alley and maybe even get you guys as a guide! Excellent information. Thanks for sharing. In what little steelheading I’ve done in the Great Lakes area I had the best luck stripping streamers down stream or down and across. Straight across the current or upstream were never productive and neither was swinging a streamer. I don’t know how you guys feel about it but that was my experience.
