When a player joins a team mid-season, how long does it take them to pick up the language, the verbiage that is unique to their coordinator?

Not that I don't think that they're happy with Calvin Austin stepping up, but I think the real motivation to not go out and trade for a big name receiver is the fact that you could probably get one with that second round pick in the draft next year, and keep him on a rookie contract for 4 years, instead of trying to squeeze another top end wide receiver contract next year, where a quarterback, and a running back, and George Pickens will need to be paid

No doubt Calvin has incredible speed. If nothing else, they need to make sure they’re using him to run vertical during games and often to stress secondaries this could help open up routes underneath in the intermediate parts of the field.

What does Cal have?? 4.29 speed!!! And long speed also having great times in the 100 meter in college. That’s Cal! If only we could use him how the Dolphins use Hill and how the Eagles use Smith who is similar in stature!
