Authorities hold briefing about arrest of Idaho murder suspect Bryan Kohberger | full video

Pennsylvania state police and the Monroe County district attorney held a press conference Tuesday to discuss the arrest of Bryan Kohberger, the 28-year-old suspect in the killings of four University of Idaho students in November. Kohberger was taken into custody at his parents’ Pennsylvania home on Friday and faces first-degree murder charges. He appeared in a Pennsylvania court Tuesday afternoon, where he waived his extradition rights and and is expected to be sent to Idaho to face charges within days.

The father who started bad-mouthing LE almost immediately after their murders, because no suspect, POI, or an arrest hadn't been made yet, I hope he can find it in himself to apologize, and realize that this arrest came rather fast compared to many others, who still have no answers. LE went beyond the usual methods on this investigation, even using familial DNA to help find the suspect's identity.

Undoubtedly these men are all fine policemen and professionals at that. It’s a heroic job but it has godawful moments too, like this one when you have to publicly speak about horrific murders. Must be very difficult for them as you can feel their stress dripping from the screen. Especially the colonel, second to speak was really struggling. Thank you to all involved catching this serial killer. Hard to imagine what could have happened if had taken several more years to finally apprehend this beast. Your good police work is not only a consolation to the victims families but to the entire community as well. Lord only knows how many lives are actually saved by eliminating the wolves in our midst.

They said without incident, but they reported on the news the opposite. They said yesterday they had a struggle when they got there and two windows were taken out while arresting him. They wouldn't break windows for no reason, right?
