In my opinion the girl used to be some one he loved, the girl lying beside him is completely his imagination or you can say the echos of the past memories . The boy tries to get ride of all those memories, but the girl ( the echos) keeps trying to remind him past memories .. Echos of memories keep hitting him and then he could not resist it anymore and decides to kill all the memories ( in the video he kills the girl) . then he decides to get back in real world but all he sees is her in every girl . and in the end he is back to place where they first met and all the old memories, the echos start to hit him again
