This is going to sound ridiculous, but I just have to celebrate with you all. I’ve been watching Ross’ videos for over a year now, learning all I can. I do not have a lot of money and have a full time job… so I’ve been thinking of trying to do some trading on the side to supplement my income, but am very nervous. I started trading on paper just to get the hang of it and have developed a record of success with- taking 1-2 trades a morning.

Today, I traded with real money for the first time (only $50 lol) but I made $6 on that trade. I saw the trends, saw the micro-pullback in action, and let it rip. Then I knew where the resistance would hit and sold at it. I captured nearly 80% of that small move and couldn’t be happier.

I closed the laptop and walked away for the day - taking the win. As you can probably tell, I’m playing very safe and conservative - but I want to make good choices.

Thank you Ross for your teaching and channel. I appreciate the effort you put in for others. I’m sure I’ll continue to develop my confidence and start making bigger and riskier trades eventually. But, for now, I’ll take my $6 😊

I can't listen to you for an hour and not learn somthing rewarding.
10% of $4.40 is $.44 and a if you want a 2 to 1 ratio you divide $.44 by 2 equaling $.22
and place your stop.
I've never heard anyone explain it like this and it's so much easier to understand.

I've watched your videos along with others and noticed this difference. Swing traders, along with many day traders, do their prep work the night before. Your strategy of scanning for stocks moving up quickly mean no need to do the prep work the night before since it bases mostly on how the stocks move when market opens. Do you still do prep work the night/weekend before? If so n what? Thanks for spreading knowledge.
