I love empanadas but we don't have a Costco here so I nevered tried this one but I am excited for the others

The beef nacho empanadas are literally my favorite item at Costco. They keep going in & out of stock. Costco is really tugging at my heart strings. Makes a great appetizer. All my friends enjoy them a lot. We like dipping them in sour cream.

I'd try shallow frying them because I hate how soft pizza rolls as well as soft egg rolls.

They are not authentic but they are the best things you can fine for wanting an empanada in there mini, my Costco ran out of them. I am up north in northern California with my aunt laws and they had a bunch of them so I’m buying half of them and take them home.

Sorry I don't eat Mexican food and all that dough is a turn off. Asian food sucks even more. I only eat American food, European food seafood and steak. 😂
