I am sorry for the loss of your grandfather, I believe his legacy is laughter, which is not a bad thing really!
I say "is" regarding his legacy, because this is what we keep within us, as we carry on for them, to remember them by and share with others, like you just did.
My grandpa was a joker too. I also believe that this different generation of men were raised not to show intimacy or soft hearts. It wasn't considered manly. But we know that Jesus wept, and HE'S THE MAN, better known as, the SON OF MAN...❤ so, it is ok for a man to cry, to show his empathy through his emotions. We were made to be this way, in His Image! I hope your family can grieve this loss and remember the treasures of knowing him here.
