Been there done that, it does work, along with grunting works as well, my theory is, it probably works 90 percent of the time, but if initializing this tactic, you have to have the best spot to b able to view with little movement, because that dude is going to b on the highest alert and he is looking at all movement, from a far distance, I usually try to put water downwind of me, hoping to keep him upwind,
Because they will definitely try to flank you and get a scent,
