Hmm, nitrogen cycle. I set a tank up and add fish on the same day. I have been doing it since I was 11 years old. Occasionally I will lose a fish or two but in no greater numbers than when I buy new fish from a pet store and add them to a setup tank. People can't say I have been lucky because I have been using this procedure for the last 65 years.

My tank was so uncycled. after using prime stability and dechlorinater my tank was cycled in a couple days and I passed my water tests I will always buy prime from now on!

But I just watched one of your videos where you explicitly said you can’t and that adding new fish on day 1 without cycling and that it is the biggest mistake a beginner can make. Have you changed your tune over time?

Why would you promote fish in cycle? There can’t be any benefits as opposed to fishless, this is something you do out of irresponsibility. Having a tank setup before you buy a living creature sort of seems like step one to me stleast
