This is the most ridiculously hard thing to set up I've ever seen. If you just use the instructions that came with the unit you'll never set it up. This video helps. Without this video You're screwed. Even with the video you're screwed, you're just screwed less. In addition the directions that come with it are printed so small they're impossible to read. Wish I had not bought this, but it's too late.

Phone tech support told me how set the on off timing manually. I agree the instructions are lousy. The translation I believe is the problem. Call tech support and keep your hair.

Purchasing this time is one of the worst mistakes I made. The instructions are extremely difficult to follow and are in fine print. I wish I had read the reviews prior to buying this time

You have to connect the two ground wires, excluding the ground that's that's 277 volts or it won't work.

Telephone support was great. Just a matter of getting the right color wires connected or terminated. Great device.

I have 2 of these. One controls my front porch light and works great. The other controls my outside grarage coach lights, and seems to come on too early and go off too early. I checked the settings and cannot see a difference between them. The instructions are horrible, as others have stated.

Very frustrating and confusing product. The calculated sunset time is way off on mine. This video should have been reviewed as he says at 1:41 to hit mode but he presses enter, and at 3:18 he says to set the sunrise time but then sets the sunset (on time).

i told my old man not to get this one. he did. worst thing ever. i had to reschedule a time to come back to set the thing because the customer had to leave. Sunday at 9 AM is when i had to go back to program this headache.

Cannot recommend it. I bought this thinking I could set my own on/off schedule, but that task seems impossible. I deeply regret this purchase.

The instructions for this thing are absolutely stupid, the video does make it easier but ffs just take most of the dumb stuff off and just make a timer switch with an on time and an off time 🤯
