The jhol of the jhol momo is not like manchurian and it has more than just onions and tomatoes, people even add ground sesame seed and peanuts and it tastes totally different than what you described, I hope you get to taste authentic jhol momo 😁

Try to make pasta with momos sauce add chilli oil also and red pepper with chilli flakes and a bit of milk it’ll be damn spicy but great at the same along with mozzarella cheese or Parmesan
