Omg, it worked, I had the problem of not booting at all, but now, at least I got to the Main Menu, I still have to tweaks things, but this is a great change, since I was not getting anything from a Intel HD 3000 Thanks!

it works even without that DXCPL app u just need to do the compatibility thing and do the windowed mode

Every fucken Steam game gets updates that make it to where the game won't boot. Then we gotta come on YouTube to find out what the shitty update did to fix it.

holy shit bro it really works, thanks. keep doing what you doing... Also i would like to say that you should mention that when you open dxcpl, you must go to edit list and add the launcher.Then only do you get the option to tick force warp and change feature level limit to 10_0. Thumbs up bro
