Sion was behind and had only 135 armor because of Pantheon Armor Reduction, if he did build Jak’Sho with Thornmail or Frozen Heart and Steelcaps he would be legit unkillable. And the armor multiplier from Jak’Sho would have made Black Cleaver armor reduction pointless
