I love that Damian doesn't kill Bane not out of (as said in Under The Red Hood) Bruce's antiquated sense of morality. But because killing "in the name" of someone who wouldn't have wanted it is disrespectful upon their memories.

People even after all these years still misunderstand Damian, one of the things he values most is indeed family. With Alfred and Dick (even though not related by blood) being some of the first of the Batfamily to make him actually feel wanted and like family.

These stories are tedious. They're not gonna kill an A-list villain like Bane in a mainline book so there's no drama. Boring.
