Whats a good way to refuse to give a coworker your personal number when other coworkers do? Like when it seems like they want it for something other than work related/ car pooling things without sounding rude or offensive???

I totally get that these are smart manners but I wonder how this relates to being yourself and empowered as a lot of these etiquettes feel conformist to me as well leaving me in a duplicitist position about adaptation and self expression in the workplace. Do you find yourself in this position too and how do you think one could resolve/deal with such as position/feeling?
